So it seems that everybody wants to watch TV. We have already had the TV phone from Nokia this week - and now we have Samsung Electronics saying that it has developed the world's first notebook computers capable of receiving land-based digital-television broadcast signals while moving. Kind of beats those Casio Portable TV's you used to take to the beach - don't you think?
